PM Nawaz Sharif visits flood affected areas in Sindh
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz on Saturday visited flood affected areas in Sindh Along with Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah.
After having an aeiral view of the flood affected areas, the prime minister also visited Qadir pur Embankment along with Shah, where he was briefed about the flood situation in the area.
Sukkur Commissioner Niaz Abbasi told Nawaz Sharif that though Rs263 million were approved to cope with the floods, the Federal Flood Commission didn't release the amount in 2011-12.
Talking to media, the prime minister said that all the four provinces of the country were flood affected and the federation would cooperate with th federating units.
